My Bio

Who I Am

My name is Eniola Pelumi Adesanya, and I am a creative problem solver. I began my product journey in 2022, starting out as a product designer and later transitioning into product management, which is what I'm currently passionate about. The product lifecycle fascinates me deeply and I like to be involved in all of the processes right from the first stage — Ideation, to the closing stages; launch and subsequent iterations. I love working closely with cross functional teams, and can perform really well with single-functional teams as well. My expert skill and experience in writing gives me an edge in product management when it comes to product documentation, and keeping up with product teams. I also enjoy the thrill that comes with working with fast-paced teams.Since my entry into the product space, I have since worked on a number of solo and collaborative projects. I have been a team member and also a leader, and I take pride in all that I do and in the long-term relationships I’ve fostered in the process. I firmly believe that hard work eventually pays off, so I work each day so as to get closer my goals. From small, solo projects to creative collaborations, I’m always looking for the chance to explore new venues and learn something new that I can apply to my work.In my spare time, you'll catch me buried between the leaves of a good book or entering the world of a great movie. Outside that, I spend my time volunteering, cooking a new recipe I probably came up with, or developing myself by learning something new.  Explore my portfolio, and feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Home: Experience

Feb 2023 - April 2023

CartFast

I managed the entire CartFast project, and was in charge of ensuring the product came to life in form of a functional MVP. I carried out significant user research, conceptualized and visualized the scope of this project. Worked with a team to ensure that the  product fit all of the user requirements. I also ensured that all proper and necessary documentations were made and signed off by all important stakeholders.

January 2023 - February 2023

Cravings After Dark

I worked with a team of other product managers to come up with a functional business case for this business. We examined their existing business operations, and made well informed recommendations to transform their business.
This business was analyzed, and the most effective and result-oriented way for this night-time food business to run was determined. I personally carried out competitive research and analysis, and suggested operation options that can be explored by the brand. All of these was carried out while maintaining close communication with the brand's stakeholders.

October 2022- December 2022

GoMyWay

With this product, I worked with a product team to analyze this brand's existing business case and scope. The goal was scope refurbishing and management. Using all the process groups essential for scope management, I and the team came up with a better and sustainable scope for this ride-sharing platform.

September 2022 - December 2022

Moovit

As a product manager, I was actively involved in the ideation of this product. I worked with a team to create an on-demand hauling application. A project charter was created which ensured that the project was executed excellently and diligently. During this project, I carried out research such as competitive and data research. During this project, I created significant documentations such as Business and Product Requirements Documents. I also ensured that I was on the same page with all stakeholders and team members. Communication and team was effectively managed.

August 2023 - October 2023

Business Development, TreeKle

As a business development intern at TreeKle, I was tasked with the development of sustainable and feasible project ideas that can cause transformative business changes and innovation for TreeKle while refining already existing ones. I stayed aware of the market and the opportunities it presents at every point in time for TreeKle and its growth; constantly looking for new and alternate streams of revenue for the organization that still aligns with TreeKle's vision and mission. I worked efficiently with other teams, making sure that all ideas for growth were executed effectively in a manner that ensures that TreeKle is expanding in a scalable way. I was able to sell TreeKle and its value propositions coherently to potential users and investors.
